[New Product] The PSA1000 Automatic Patch Machine Successfully Passed the Acceptance Inspection

The Project Leader Introduce the Equipment

On the existing technology basis of reinforcing machine, the PSA1000 automatic online patch machine has been developed. The equipment is in the circuit board assembly (PCBA) BEOL, the use of suction head combination from the feeder (Feeder) for pressure sensitive adhesive film (PSA) attached to the soft board. According to product demand, it can fit pressure sensitive adhesive film in different sizes, shape and hollow accurately and stably.

PSA1000 is mainly used in gluing pressure hollow sensitive adhesive film.

Its four major advantages are below:

The laminating speed of 80*75mm pressure sensitive adhesive film can reach 3600 pieces / hour. It is in the leading position in the market.

Equipped with advanced bilateral drive control system to ensure the stability of the machine. The accuracy can be up to + 0.1mm.

3. Stable feeding

Using traction feeder, quickly stripped of all forms of pressure sensitive adhesive film. The size range of film is 3mm * 3mm ~ 80mm * 75mm.

4. Customized and upgraded

Independent research and development software, convenient and easy to use. It can quickly import CAD map to make paste point data and connect MES system, realizing online intelligent manufacturing of SMT.

Equipment application

The device is in the circuit board assembly (PCBA) BEOL, used for automatic lamination of flexible circuit board (FPC) assembly processes DPM (PSA film label, PI, etc.).
