Warmly Celebrate the Success of Our Two Technologies Passed the Scientific and Technological Achievements Appraisal Meeting

Our two technology "The key technology research and development and industrialization of automatic X-ray inspection equipment used in ithium battery industry" and "The key technology research and development and industrialization of UV laser processing equipment used in flexible circuit board (FPC)" passed the identification successfully in the scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting organized and held by Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society, which represents our advanced level in the industry.

Xray nondestructive testing technology

"The key technology research and development and industrialization of automatic X-ray inspection equipment used in ithium battery industry" project is suitable for multilayer circuit board (PCB), circuit board assembly (PCBA), lithium-ion batteries, semiconductor packaging, automotive industry, etc., which can be shipped with inside perspective for the position and form of measurement. Our detecting technology researched and developed independently has solved the X-ray images of high-speed data acquisition, modeling and processing, precision motion control, intelligent sorting and other technical difficulties. It can conduct nondestructive test aromatically for different types of lithium battery, thus to control the quality of lithium battery.

The project has set the one enterprise standard, applies for nine invention patent (one of them has been authorized), obtains six authorization utility model patent and one software copyright.

UV laser processing equipment technology Used on FPC

"The key technology research and development and industrialization of UV laser processing equipment used in flexible circuit board (FPC)" project solved the laser energy control and compensation, machine vision orientation technical problems. The UV laser processing equipment used on FPC has realized the automatic search coke, automatic correction, automatic positioning, automatic back to the origin and automatic light compensation function. It could realize dock with the customers’MES, ERP , realizing intelligent production. This project made one enterprise standard, applies for five invention patent (two of them has been authorized),applies for and obtains six authorization utility patent, three appearance design patent and one software copyright.

The two technologies are independently developed by our company, and the related products are well received by users at home and abroad, which brings good economic and social benefits to the company.

It was identified by the appraisal committee that both projects reached the international advanced technology level and identified that both of them passed scientific and technological achievements.
