Daily maintenance :
1. Keep the production workshop clean and try to be dust-free. Use a dust-free cloth dampened with alcohol to wipe the surface of the printer's printing machine 5 minutes before going to work every day to avoid the debris or dust on the platform during the printing process. The surface of the nozzle causes abnormal printing quality.
2. The nozzle is one of the core parts of the Inkjet Legend Printing Solution. It is important to maintain and use dust-free cotton swabs and professional cleaning fluid to clean the surface of the nozzle and dust. In addition, after the process is started, the machine is stationary, preheated for 3 minutes, and then click the “Cleaning” button on the software to maintain the nozzle.
3. The green oil before the 3 characters can only be pre-cured. It is strictly forbidden to print the characters after the full curing, otherwise the adhesion is not guaranteed.
4. The ambient temperature should be kept between 20 °C and 25 °C to ensure the quality of the ink and prevent the aging rate of the equipment from being accelerated due to excessive or too low temperature.
5. The relative humidity of the environment should be kept between 50% and 60% RH, which can reduce the static electricity generation, reduce the printing quality problems caused by dander and dust, and prevent the circuit system from being short-circuited or the circuit board caused by the weather being too humid or too dry. Burned out. Indoor humidity can be adjusted by air conditioning or humidifier.
6. Print each piece of each batch must confirm the quality of the quality to eliminate the batch rework.
7. If the software prompts the main ink cartridge to be out of ink, please add ink to the main ink cartridge in time.
8. If the machine is not operated for a long time, please exit the software and turn off the power on the panel to prevent the ink from heating and not blocking the nozzle.
9. If the PCB Printing Machine is not operated for a short time, please press the “Cleaning” button on the software interface to ensure the printing quality before the next printing.
10. When you need to restart the software after closing the software, you must turn off the power for 10 seconds, then turn on the power to ensure the software starts normally.
