The main operation flow chart of the new PCB hole inspection machine is as follows:

Load PCB ---> Manually Input P/N into computer ---> Inspection holes ---> Check the test results ---> Manually sorting OK / NG circuit board ---> Collection circuit boards
    In this traditional process,workers have to be trained long time because the operation is complex,such as computer’s input , result check , products’ sorting. Once there is any misoperation, all circuit boards in this batch have to be inspected again, which affects production efficiency seriously.More over , increase labor cost because the hole inspection station of PCB workshop need more workers.

▲Step3 : After holes test, printed circuit board was positioned by fixture.
