The Case Introduction Of Legend Inkjet Printer
Situation:
The customer required to publish serial numbers, date-lot codes and version number information unique to each board. Scrap caused by printing the incorrect details on the the wrong planks was a disruptive issue. The solution needed to be SMEMA compatible and offer an automated inspection system.
Option:
Guangdong Zhengye Technology, a Legend Inkjet Printer Manufacturer, developed a one way of inkjet printing system for legend inkjet printer on printed circuit boards. The machine uses a SMEMA compatible border belt conveyor to transport boards through the system. Advanced software allows simple programming, and embedded cameras inspect the printing until it's permanently treated with an embedded UV curing system.
Outcomes:
The systems technology insured operators printed the right details on the correct boards saving the client time rework, money on materials and labor enables them to improve productivity.
