Should we troubleshoot the problem? First check the marking software which set the parameters, whether set wrong, marking the software is there any problem. Solution: Reset the marking parameters or reinstall the marking software. If there is no problem with the software, check if the lens is loose or damaged. Solution: Tighten or replace the lens. If the lens is normal, check if the chiller is connected properly. Solution: Pick up. Chiller connection intact, check the laser power, is burned.
