Adjusting Focus Position Improves The Cutting Quality of Laser Cutting Machine
When the focus is in the best position, cut seam is the smallest, efficiency is the highest, can get the best cutting results. Different laser focus position is corresponding to different cutting surface roughness, the adjustment of the focus position of the laser cutting machine is determined from the case where the cutting focus is at the cutting material.
1.negative focal length, cutting focus are above on the cutting material, will lead to cutting the surface is relatively rough, not suitable for high precision precision cutting.
2.0 focal length, the cutting focus is on the surface of the cutting material, since the smoothness of the cutting surface is not the same, the upper surface is relatively smooth when cutting, while the lower surface is relatively rough. This method depends on the actual situation in the upper and lower surface of the process requirements.
